Success! Solved a Rubicks Edge in summer school!
🦈We were de-"fin"-itely "kelp"-ing it "reel" in our Summer Jumpstart Program this week as we were all hooked on sharks!! We took a dive right in each day and enjoyed an ocean of activities which enabled us to "reel"-y sink our teeth into "fin"-teresting shark facts! We "fin"-ished up the week by "mako"-ing "jaw"-some shark crafts and treats!🦈
🏖️Life was just "beach"-y for the "buoys" and "gulls" in Jumpstart today! To "shell"-ebrate all that we learned about the beach this week, we built "sand"-tastic castles with kinetic sand, created "sand"-sational sand art designs and made "sea"-riously scrumptious treats! We "shore" love to "seas" the day in Jumpstart!!🏖️

Today we met Rainstick and members of Allentown High School Robotics team. Students learned about building robots and actually got to operate Rainstick.

🍕Students in Jumpstart had so much fun visiting Yordana's Pizza today. Thank you, Mr. Jose, for giving us a fantastic tour and teaching us how to make our own pizzas!! They were so yummy!! 🍕
Today the middle school engineered and tested their sail cars.
🍦We all s"cream"ed for ice cream this week at our Jumpstart Program!! We learned about the history, how to make it and completed math and language activities relating to ice cream all week! Today we made vanilla ice cream in a bag! It was so yummy!!
